CRM, transaction management, marketing tools, anything you use regularly. Don't stress about listing everything - just the main ones.

What do you spend the most time on that you wish took less time?

Think about what actually eats your week - client communication, paperwork, content creation, follow-up, etc.

What are the two or three things you most want to walk away with from your setup session?

Do you have any existing systems, templates, or workflows you want to keep - or that you want to replace?
